No matter who you are or what part you play at work, things have been more difficult and burdensome. Case loads have jumped significantly and with the rise in cases comes a rise in emotional weight. Embalming covid cases is a worry despite universal precautions. Funeral homes are being pushed to implement broadcasting services––a headache to say the least. These among many other challenges are what we're dealing with today.
What things do we need to learn and improve during these hard times? What is priority? How can we make sure we treat each other well despite the rise in anxiety?
Continuing Ed Hub is overseeing a project to learn in depth about these challenges and the specific needs of funeral homes. We're in a time where we ought to share the wisdom of each other.
Our focus group will be centered on current industry needs, or more specifically, individual funeral director needs. Join our class to listen and contribute your thoughts.
